What the limits mean
- Console users are the people in your organisation who sign in to the security console: security team, managers, executives, auditors. Employees using the app do not count.
- Protected people are the staff, family members or travellers whose details you load so they receive messages and can check in.
- Sites are offices, plants, residences or, for a family, the places you choose. Each one is matched against verified events near it.
- Regions are the areas Praescius covers, such as Riyadh or the Eastern Province. Your plan covers the regions your sites are in.
- When a limit is reached, Praescius tells you plainly and refuses to add more until you remove some or change plan. Alerts, messages and check-ins already set up keep working.
